I´ll try not to jump everywhere on this post, but sometimes, I just can´t help myself because I´m a little random.
I love my house. I love the fact that I will come home at night and sometimes there are people waiting to come in because I haven´t checked my e-mail to see that they´re on their way. I love the fact that I have had someone stay at my house for the past 2 weeks almost every single day. At the same time, I am happy to have a break. It´s been fun with everyone, but I also like some me time... I got really used to living by myself.
With all of this, I am going to be looking for an apartment to rent from here soon just so I can have a place to stay when I come in town to visit. Plus, I love this town, I have to have something here.
Here´s some reasons why I love this town... and all the characters in it:
Where else can I drive down the road behind a truck with 2 guys standing in the back... seeing the wind fly up the back of their shirts and be so thankful that they aren´t plumbers?
Where else can I see little kids walking down the streets going to the stores by themselves at ages 3 or 5?
Where else can I start hearing music at 11:00 at night on Monday because it just sounds like a great time to get together with friends?
Where else can I just randomly be invited to a baby shower the next day?
Where else can I go to the park on a Friday night and watch a movie, play ultimate frisbee with random kids that want to join in, meet little girls from AZ (just AZ, there´s no city there), and bruise up your knee because I forgot how to go down a firefighter pole slowly.
Where else do I have to turn on a light switch to have water? Especially after you yourself just finish going to the bathroom and get a surprise visit from a father and daughter where the daughter has to use the bathroom?
Where else can my neighbors misinterpret my niece to ask their moms if they can bathe (not swim) at my house? Yet, after everything was cleared up, I watched 3 little girls play with barbies in a 4 foot across, 1 foot deep circular $4 pool. They had the time of their lives in that thing.
In all seriousness... I love this town. I love the random characters. I love the people that make it interesting. I love all of the holidays to celebrate and the culture that it holds. I love the randomness, and I love the surprises that always come my way.
Note to ponder from yesterday´s sermon: You can have every intention of being obedient, but it isn´t until you purpose in your heart like Daniel, that you will be free of contamination, disobedience, and failure.

Yes, there is a lot about Imuris that I like too. And I am soooo glad we will be there this weekend. See you Friday night.
Peace!
