I have heard of this term "water intoxication" before. Believe it or not, it has happened to marathoners before and they have died from it. It does something to the electrolytes in your body. Screws them up or something. You would think that a person would not be able to take in enough water to do this, but apparently it is possible.
It is pretty sad. Who would have ever thought that water would kill ya? During basic training they used to make us drink water until we threw up. I guess we were all just lucky
