- 6 kids accepted the Lord at church
- 1 woman gave her life to Christ at the beach
- 1 man is on the verge of his belief
- Every person that Sol and Darren work with have been asking them questions about God since they gave them tracts.
- The entire attitude towards God has shifted, and a lot of people are a lot more receptive.
Is someone that has had one prophetic work a prophet?
If prophecies are so uncommon, then why did Paul say that only 2 or 3 may be shared during a church service?
Is it possible that these are just signs of birth pains of what's to come?
Is it ever harmful to pray for anyone?
You can view an article on USA today about the effects of yesterday's earthquake here. The people on Kauai did feel the aftershocks of the earthquake, but it didn't damage anything that bad. So, please continue to pray for the people of Kauai as everything has not been completed yet.
P.S. With an earthquake of this magnitude, it is only God's grace that kept any fatalities from happening.

Hey, thanks for your comments on my blog. I did not find them argumentative at all so we are all good. Let me clear one thing up however. I was not really calling you a "prophet" because God had shown you this vision but rather making a point. Every time in the Bible that God was going to destroy a city for their wickedness he sent someone to warn those who lived there so they could repent. My thing is that if God is truly going to destroy Kauai'i for it's wickedness, then following Biblical thought, wouldn't there be someone sent to warn the people. He revealed His plans to you guys and my suggestion is maybe you are ment to do more than pray. If it truly is a judgement (which I'm not so sure it is). As I mentioned before I do not deny the validity of your "revelation" (if I can call it that) . In fact the events this weekend prove to me that there was something to it, but I do doubt if it will be an act of judgement opposed to just a disaster due to a fallen world. Love ya :)

Ah! Okay, that makes sense. I didn't necessarily think you were calling me a prophet, but I wanted to clarify for others that I am by no means claiming to be one. Another thing that I thought about last night was Solomon. Sol is DD's, Missy's, Cela's, and Bree's friend from Africa. He is a highly evangelical person and has been given the task and burden of the reaching the lost. He just may be the prophet that God is sending to Kaua'i. Since DD knows him and I have met him a few times, God could have revealed this to us because He knows he needs prayer support. He has other Christians that are responding to this as well and have made extra efforts in sharing the Lord with the people on the island. Whether or not it's because of God's wrath, judgment, or the fact that it's a fallen world isn't that important, There is no such thing as mother nature, so all of the "earth's forces" come from God. :) Love ya too Obie! I always appreciate your opinion, perspective, and wisdom!
I was getting ready for work this morning and heard the report about the earthquake. I stopped what I was doing and prayed. I am with Keith on this one...all I can say is "Wow". I will keep praying for the island and for you that He would continue to reveal to you whatever it is He's doing.
This has reminded me that God DOES speak to us and he DOES reveal things. Thank you for reminding me of that.
