I have found myself not listening to as much Christian music lately... and I think I finally figured out why... To me, there's something so beautiful about someone singing a message of God's love or even just His simple truths in a market that doesn't consider it common or even always wanted... See, it's so much easier for Christians to announce their faith among people that they know have the same beliefs... and it's so much easier for Christians to support Christian ministries (ie. Air1, YFC, etc)... Yet, when I see radio stations, companies, or just random organizations taking care of God's kids and God's work... it's then that I really realize how much God is in control of everyone, no matter if they admit it or not. And it is then that I want to be a part of those events...like supporting Phoenix Children's Hospital. So, with all that being said... here are some excerpts from some of my favorite songs.

I completely agree with you on this one. Sometimes we have to step out of the church and into the world to reach out to people. I'm not saying that we are to "do" the worldly things. Just act as an example of Christ's love to all.
Take the band P.O.D. for example. Totally a hardcore band yet followers of Christ. They have been on tour with Ozzfest yet all of their lyrics are positive. They sing about hope and God's grace. They are even an example to the other bands they tour with.

You all are so right... I think POD will be viewed as revolutionary.... U2, well, they are amazing and with Bono tied as Time's person of the year... it's pretty obvious that he's doing God's work. And Breathe... I now have to listen to it right now... Off to logging into launch...lol
