Random things that have touched me at church lately:
  • In myself I'm full of weakness, can you use this life somehow?
  • None of us want to be sinners, but how often do we choose to be transgressors?
  • We are learners our whole life long as we are an apprentice to Jesus.
  • Behavior, not vocabulary, provides the platform for the kingdom download in life.

I know God wants to use me.. but sometimes, it's just so hard to know which way he wants to... Right now, there are so many mission opportunities for next year, and I have no idea which one I should do... I really hope that my new "boss" will let me have the time off to do the things that I feel God is calling me to do and that I enjoy doing.

Today, our pastor said it's not like any of us want to be sinners... but then I thought, many times we choose to be transgressors... Sin is doing something that you don't know if it's wrong... it's an unknown disobedient act of some sort...Yet, transgression is a choice to do something that's wrong when we know and acknowledge that fact. As we grow with God, we do this more and more because we have more wisdom and knowledge of what God wants and desires from us. It's all a part of the learning process.. as we can spend time with God, have Him download Himself and His ways into our lives...
