Sometimes I wonder:
How can I feel so unproductive when I have worked all day?
Why is it that I always think I should have been able to do more?
Why do I set such high expectations for myself?
Will I be able to succeed in the opportunity that was just given to me?
How will I handle authority?
Is it better to be a perfectionist, have high standards for oneself, and be let down at times or to have lower standards and always meet them?

This is my struggle as well.
Not sure if this will help, but it helps me to figure out each day:
1) What's the most important thing to get done today and focus on that first. Sometimes I define "most important" as "oldest, stinkiest thing I've been avoiding" and sometimes its simply which task will help me towards my other goals and also sometimes, which task will help the most people around me.
2) To push myself while I'm at work as hard as I can, but still leave on time.
Then when its time to leave, I know that I've done what's important and given it my best.
As a follow up, I play so many mind games with my self keeping myself psyched up, it isn't even funny.
Things like:
On Mondays, I declare that it's Kinship Day as soon as I leave work. That way, my focus and preperation is on Kinship and I can ignore all the rest of things around me.
I make a conscious decision each morning to be as happy as I can manage as I get the kids up for school so that their days will start up on a positive note ( it also minimizes the shouting to get them out the door).
I pick music that will fire me up and make me type faster at work.
Yeah I'm wierd.. but its the kinds of pick me up stuff I need to keep going.
Thanks Oz. That's pretty good advice. I wish I can listen to music more throughout my day b/c it does help me type and work faster...but I'm just on the phone too dang much. I think it's great that you have the goals you do, I just can't believe that you actually do it.
